Family owned since 2014 by the Kovacs, the family had an interesting come about to their unique brand of spirits. Since no corn or grains are used, they originally branded their product as “Moonshine” which didn’t sell well. Changing the name to “Craft Spirits” helped their product catch on. Prickly Pear Cactus is hugely popular, as is the Jalapeno for a specialty bloody Mary. The Texas Dulce Coffee Liqueur is rich and and creamy. Stop in a cruise their extensive menu of specialty cocktails, all featuring distilled spirits, Brandies, and Dulces.

Home of the American Micro Whiskey of the year, Garrison Brothers stormed onto the map with their Small Batch, Single Barrel, Cowboy Straight unfiltered, and a plethora of other delicious Bourbon Whiskey’s, there’s something for every palate.
DRIPPING SPRINGS DISTILLERY | DRIPPING SPRINGS
Texas vodkas are becoming ever more popular, and one right on the coattails of that one “Big” name is Dripping Springs Vodka. In 2005, the Kelleher built the first distillery in the Texas Hill Country.
Since 2007 they have been delighting Central Texas with Dripping Springs Vodka, Dripping Springs Gin, and 1876 Bourbon. All distilled in small, 50 gallon batches to ensure quality. Dripping Springs vodka is a personal favorite and is hands down smoother than that other “big” name Texas vodka.
The distillery recently expanded beyond their distilling operations, adding Distillers Bar and Distillers Hall. Opened in August of 2021, the Bar offers tours, tastings, drinks, and delicious food. The Hall is available for any size or type of gathering, indoors, outdoors, or spread across the 10 acre property.

If you’re just going to do one thing, be the best at it. That is exactly what David Watson set out to do, master Rum. His brand boasts three handcrafted Rum products; Crystal Creek Reserve Crystal Rum, Vanilla Rum, and Single Barrel Aged Rum.
Watson and his wife run the operation entirely on their own, with a small support service staff in their tasting room and bar. David’s wife, Laura can be found anywhere her help is needed, be it in the distillery, behind the bar, or chopping vanilla beans to make their own vanilla extract. The couple has recently added a larger outdoor seating area and a “Tree House”, and elevated patio under a shady oak. Wimberly is a beautiful, quaint town in the heart of the hill country, and this is one of the most relaxing spots around. Go visit, have a refreshing Reserve Mojito, and cool off in the shade with the Watsons.
TREATY OAK DISTILLING | DRIPPING SPRINGS
Treaty Oak is a collaborative meeting of minds from all walks of life. Founded by Daniel Barnes in 2006, a man that grew up in the hospitality industry, and was inspired to follow in his parents work ethic and innovation, his idea looked a little different than most distilleries, which are family owned and operated. He brought together a hive mind of innovators to come up with new ideas and methods for creating superior Gins and Whiskeys.
After a move from Austin to Dripping Springs in 2016, the 20 acre property is now home to whiskey and Gin production, live music, and down home Texas barbeque.
The property features a little bit of the best of everything. Daily tours of the distillery, a Mercantile, Alice’s Restaurant featuring some serious looking BBQ plates and burgers, and the Rickhouse cocktail bar. All of the beverages are tailored to enhance the taste of all the Treaty Oak products. Live music and private events are available.

IRON WOLF RANCH | SPICEWOOD
Presenting a full line of beautifully presented spirits, Iron Wolf really knows what they’re doing. The Ranch itself is a beauty to behold. The huge event space boasts indoor and outdoor space for everyone to enjoy a refreshing beverage and a Texas Hill Country Sunset. They have live music on the weekends, but not every week as of yet, be sure to check their calendar.
Food served by Craigo’s Pizza and wings also offers gluten free options. Bocce Ball, Corn hole, washers, and life size Bourbon pong are available to keep everyone entertained.
Beyond their amazing atmosphere and top notch distillery, Iron Wolf Ranch is home to it’s very own 9 Hole PDGA rated and ranked course. This place really does have a little bit of everything, so pack your discs and a healthy appetite for a day of fun in the beautiful Texas Hill Country.
