San Marcos

San Marcos – A very short drive from S Austin. This nice gem of a town sometimes gets overlooked because New Braunfels and Gruene are so close. You can float the river in San Marcos through town, there is one campground, a few museums, and nice stop for a day or two on a Texas Hill Country tour.
